Are you the future team leader we are looking for in our warehouse?

We at Tranpenad are now looking for future team leaders for our client in Landvetter.

As a team leader, you will be responsible for the daily operations in the warehouse. The role is operational and involves leading and distributing work while actively participating in production. You will ensure that picking, packing, and dispatch handling are done efficiently, accurately, and according to set quality and delivery precision goals.

You will have daily contact with both employees and clients, which requires good communication and professional collaboration. Together with the client, you will also drive development and improvement work in safety, productivity, and workflows.

This is a role for you who enjoys being close to the operations and wants to combine leadership with operational work.

• Lead, coach, and distribute work within the warehouse operations

• Ensure efficient and correct handling of picking and packing

• Be responsible for dispatch handling and delivery precision

• Follow up on productivity, quality, and KPIs

• Work operationally in daily operations

• Introduce and train new employees

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

• Drive improvement work and streamline workflows

• Time reporting and production follow-up

We are looking for someone with experience in warehouse work who feels confident in a leadership role. You have a good understanding of logistics flows and know what it takes to create efficient and qualitative warehouse operations.

You are a clear and communicative leader who motivates and engages the team. You are solution-oriented, decisive, and unpretentious – and lead by example. With multiple points of contact in the role, you find it easy to collaborate and build trust.

Attention to detail and structure are natural for you. You work systematically even under pressure, have a keen eye for details, and ensure high quality in picking and delivery work. Good system skills, especially in Excel, are a plus.

As a person, you are responsible, reliable, flexible, and have a strong work ethic.

• Documented experience in warehouse work, picking, and packing

• Experience in dispatch handling and loading

• Good experience with handheld scanners and WMS systems

• Experience leading teams (formally or informally)

• Experience working towards set goals and deadlines

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Good administrative skills

• Driver's license and access to a car

• Experience in a leadership role, such as team leader

• Forklift license (A and B)

• Experience in improvement work (Lean, 5S)

• Experience in scheduling or staffing planning

• Experience working with and following up on KPIs
